1) Transformer Apartment

Spans over: 330 square feet

Where: Hong Kong

An architect named Gary Chang, has transformed his 330 square foot apartment into a 24 different room combination through a unique sliding wall system that includes living space, bathroom, kitchen and a guest bedroom area. The sliding wall system in Chang’s words called “Domestic Transformer.” This tiniest house can be changed in 24 different combinations, which means one single room house can be into another room without much difficulty. Some of the distinctive features of this apartment are three floor-to-ceiling tinted window that allows natural lighting inside the house and a mirror in the ceiling that reflects light throughout the house, to name a few, reports Melissa Stanger of Business Insider.
