Notably, Godrej Properties acquired iconic land parcels such as the Raj Kapoor Studio and Kapoor bungalow, where the Supreme Boulevard building now stands. These strategic acquisitions have fueled investor and buyer interest in the region.

Her breakthrough performance came with Neeraj Ghaywan’s Masaan (2015), followed by acclaimed roles in Haraamkhor, Gone Kesh, and Cargo. In 2025, she announced her debut as a film producer, aiming to support bold and unconventional storytelling in Indian cinema.
