Notandas Realty has announced the launch of its latest premium commercial development under the Notan Spaces portfolio, strategically located near Grand Hyatt in Kalina. This marks the real estate firm’s second commercial launch in 2025, underscoring its growing presence in Mumbai’s upscale commercial real estate segment.
The new development enjoys excellent connectivity to key business hubs including Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), the Western Express Highway, Mumbai International Airport, and other corporate zones making it an ideal destination for forward-thinking enterprises. The project has secured all necessary regulatory approvals and construction is set to begin immediately.
