If the ground is inappropriate for digging due to rocky soil then it will be troublesome to support any construction. This issue may also create problem if you try to sell your land. So, it is important to check the topography and soil conditions before you Investment in land and you can also take help from professional or builders for better idea.  

Plot or apartment?

When buying a plot to build a house, you need to consider certain things, like hiring an architect, getting various approvals from local bodies and also dealing with contractors. But if you are buying a ready property like an apartment then all such aforementioned things are taken care of by developers. Besides, in case of apartment, you do not have to think about other facilities like property maintenance, power backup and you can also access to gym, swimming pool, children play area and so on, which developers generally include as a basic amenities for apartment complex.

Alternatively, if you are buying a plot or land, you cannot enjoy the comfort of staying in apartment. But there are advantages to buy a plot as well because plots are always ready for possession.
