JLL India, ISH Launch Program to Train Future Real Estate Leaders
In a significant industry-academia collaboration, JLL India has joined hands with the Indian School of Hospitality (ISH) to nurture the next generation of real estate professionals. The partnership introduces a specialized one-year Postgraduate Programme (PGP) in Hospitality Management, designed to align academic learning with real-world industry experience.
The innovative curriculum includes six months of advanced academic training at ISH, followed by a five-month applied immersion across JLL India’s operational network. The program aims to equip students with the skills and insights needed to thrive in India’s fast-evolving real estate and facilities management sectors.
“At JLL, we are committed to investing in future-ready talent”, said Ajit Kumar, Managing Director, Work Dynamics Accounts, West Asia, India, JLL. “By funding 50% of the program fee for each participant, we’re ensuring that selected candidates are not only academically prepared but also practically trained to succeed within our real estate advisory ecosystem. This partnership reflects our long-term vision of talent development aligned with our growth strategy”.
The program is tailored to create a strong pipeline of professionals who are not only operationally capable but also agile in navigating the complexities of modern real estate services.
“This is what industry-academia collaboration should look like where education aligns with employment, and industry helps shape future talent”, said Kunal Vasudeva, Co-Founder & Managing Director, Indian School of Hospitality. “Our partnership offers a clear career pathway, ensuring young professionals gain both purpose and progression”.
The ISH-JLL PGP reflects a strategic approach to bridging the skills gap in the real estate sector, offering participants a compelling blend of classroom excellence and on-ground industry immersion paving the way for a new era of skilled real estate professionals in India.
