Zayd Noaman Becomes Youngest CREDAI Bengaluru President
In a historic appointment for Bengaluru's real estate industry, Zayd Noaman has been elected as the youngest-ever President of CREDAI Bengaluru. Successing Amar Mysore for a two-year tenure, Zayd plans to introduce a forward-thinking vision centered on innovation, sustainability, and more effective developer-policy interaction.
Zayd is now Executive Director at Prestige Group, managing corporate finance, strategy, and business development. His new leadership team consists of President-Elect Bimal Hegde (Chartered Housing), Vice President Karan R Shetty (RJ Group), Secretary Nischay Jayeshankar (Adarsh Group), Treasurer Shivaram Kumar Malakala (Habitat Ventures), and Joint Secretary Abhishek Ahuja (Esteem Group).
Speaking to CREDAI members at the Annual General Meeting, Zayd was grateful and aspirational, saying, "It's an honour to serve this city and our fraternity". Pointing out that Bengaluru accounted for more than 17 percent of India's residential sales in 2024, he underscored the pivotal role CREDAI members had played in propelling this growth.
Under his leadership, the association will focus on promoting green construction, improving urban livability, and fostering constructive collaboration with regulators. Zayd’s presidency signals a dynamic new chapter for CREDAI Bengaluru, aimed at reshaping the city’s real estate landscape with bold, future-ready initiatives.
