6) A flat in NCPA apartment:

Property Deal: rs29.50 crore

A flat in Nariman Point’s NCPA Apartments has also made through the biggest property deal in Mumbai. The third floor sea-facing flat with a super built up area of 3475 square feet fetched rs 29.50 crore. The flat was sold by Ambuja Cements to RAAS Residence Mumbai. Although the price amount is not very huge compared to other big property deals, but the deal has some significance to it, as this deal was finalized at the time when real estate industry of India was at a stage to fizzle out.

Apart from these, 2012 has also been witnessing some massive property deals such as:

In Mumbai, a residential apartment in Cuffe Parade’s Jolly Maker 1, known as the richest housing society in India, sold at rs1.11 lakh per square feet.  This apartment at 21st floor was sold at rs29 crore.  The next biggest deal was in Bangalore. The real estate sector in Bangalore has made a new record with rs33000 per square feet for an apartment sale at Kingfisher Towers. This 8,200 square feet apartment on the highest floor was sold at nearly rs27 crore.
