A super-luxury 11-storey building JVPD1 in Juhu, one of the suburb areas in Mumbai, has also entered into the list of biggest property deal. The building was bought by an NRI for a whopping 105 crore. This building was constructed by Mayfair Housing, has car park on each floor, rooftop gymnasium, pool, reception lounge and double basement.
