Hilton has officially entered Hyderabad with the launch of Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa, a new urban resort set across 20 acres of greenery in India’s leading biotech hub. Developed in partnership with C.K.R Resorts Pvt. Ltd., the property marks a major step in Hilton’s expansion across South Asia.

Blending modern design with local culture, the resort features 115 rooms, including 13 pool villas and six suites inspired by Telangana’s heritage and Kakatiya architecture. The use of native materials, natural textures, and eco-friendly design reflects a strong focus on sustainability and harmony with the surrounding landscape.

Zubin Saxena, senior vice president and regional head, South Asia at Hilton, said the new property brings a fresh leisure-meets-lifestyle experience to the city, offering vibrant spaces, diverse dining, and wellness-focused amenities.

The resort also aims to become a top venue for large celebrations and business events, offering 89,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor event space. Key highlights include two pillarless ballrooms, multiple meeting rooms, open-air courtyards, landscaped lawns, and a scenic creekside mandapam for ceremonies.

Guests can enjoy a wide range of activities, from sports like basketball, pickleball, futsal, and tennis to family experiences such as storytelling sessions, cooking programs for kids, and farm-to-table dining. The property also introduces India to Hilton’s eforea spa, offering eight treatment rooms and a dedicated relaxation zone.

Dining options span bold Asian flavors at Gingerfire, fusion dishes at Yuzu, refreshed classics at Nero, artisanal beverages at Drip, and inventive cocktails at Grid 78.

The resort integrates several green practices, including an energy-efficient design, an on-site water bottling plant, EV charging stations, and electric buggies.
