Godrej Properties Unveils Rs 22,000 Crore Housing Launch Plan for H2 FY26
- To launch housing projects worth Rs 22,000 crore in H2 FY26
- On track to meet full-year launch and sales guidance
- Strong demand drives expansion across major cities
Godrej Properties is gearing up for one of its biggest launch cycles, with plans to roll out around Rs 22,000 crore worth of new housing projects in the second half of FY26. The move comes as the company looks to capture rising consumer demand across key real estate markets.
In a recent interview, Executive Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej shared that the company had set a target to launch Rs 40,000 crore worth of projects and achieve about Rs 32,500 crore in sales during this fiscal year. In the first half alone, Godrej Properties launched Rs 18,600 crore worth of projects and recorded sales bookings of nearly Rs 15,600 crore meeting close to half of its annual goals. Since both launches and sales are typically stronger in the second half, the company expects to meet or even surpass its full-year guidance.
Pirojsha added that new launches in Mumbai are progressing well, including an upcoming project in Worli and another planned in Bandra by March-end. He noted that demand in the housing market remains robust, helping the company maintain strong growth momentum.
Godrej Properties reported sales of Rs 29,444 crore in FY25, driven largely by its presence in major markets such as the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad. The company is also expanding its offering of residential plots across several tier II cities.
