Marathon Nextgen Unveils Rs 370 Crore Housing Project in Bhandup

Marathon Nextgen Realty Ltd has announced a major residential expansion in Mumbai’s Bhandup, unveiling three new towers with a combined development value of Rs 370 crore. The launch strengthens the company’s Neohomes portfolio in a micro-market that has seen strong demand from homebuyers.
The centerpiece of the announcement is a new residential project within the 6.5-acre Neo Park layout. Spread across 5,100 sq. m, the project offers 1.2 lakh sq. ft. of saleable carpet area and carries an estimated GDV of Rs 200 crore. Alongside this, the company is rolling out the second tower at Neovalley Narmada and the third tower at Neo Park Ashoka, together adding another 1 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area with a GDV of Rs 170 crore.
In total, Marathon is introducing 2.2 lakh sq. ft. of new residential development under its Neohomes category. The company has already delivered more than 700 Neohomes in Bhandup, with Neosquare recently receiving its Occupation Certificate and the next phase approaching completion.
Bhandup has rapidly evolved into one of Mumbai’s most attractive residential destinations. Growth has been fueled by infrastructure upgrades, including the Goregaon- Mulund Link Road and the upcoming Shangrila Metro Station, boosting accessibility across the city.
