  • The project is expected to generate over Rs 10,000 crore in total revenue.

Godrej Properties Ltd has received the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) approval from Maharashtra for the first phase of its high-end residential project, Godrej Trilogy, located in Mumbai’s Worli. The company announced on October 27 that it aims to earn more than Rs 10,000 crore in revenue from the entire development.

The project, part of a joint redevelopment venture, will come up on a 2.63-acre prime land parcel near Dr. Annie Besant Road, adjoining the Mahalaxmi Racecourse. Once completed, Godrej Trilogy will feature three premium residential towers with sweeping views of the Arabian Sea and the Racecourse.

The first phase, which now has RERA clearance, includes two towers named Seaturf and Seafront. Together, they will offer around 11 lakh square feet of saleable area. Godrej Properties plans to launch this phase within the current quarter.

Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and CEO of Godrej Properties, said the approval marks a key milestone in the company’s development journey. “The Worli project offers a unique mix of location, connectivity, and scale. It strengthens our footprint in South Mumbai and aligns with our vision to develop landmark urban projects”, he said.
