Gauri Khan Sells Mumbai Apartment for Rs 11.61 Crore Amid Mannat Renovation

Gauri Khan, renowned interior designer and Shah Rukh Khan's wife, has parted with nearly 2000 sq ft apartment within the project Kohinoor Altissimo situated in Dadar West area of Mumbai for Rs 11.61 crore, files accessed by Zapkey revealed.
 
The sale took place on March 28, 2025, they revealed.
 
Devendra Chaukar (87.5% portion) and Vandana Agarwal (12.5% portion) were the buyers, the file revealed.
 
The flat is situated on the 21st floor of the project, Kohinoor Altissimo (Kohinoor Square), Dadar West in Mumbai. Kohinoor Square Altissimo is a high-end gated community providing world-class living. The project is a part of a ready-to-move residential project by Kohinoor CTNL Infrastructure Pvt Ltd and provides apartments in different configurations.
 
The flat is accompanied by two car parkings. The rate per square ft comes out to be Rs 58,507 per sq ft on built-up area.
 
According to reports, the flat was bought by Gauri Khan in August 2022 for rs 8.5 crore. Its price has increased by 37% since then, reaching Rs 11.61 crore.
 
This high-end transaction demonstrates the dynamic nature of the luxury real estate market in Mumbai, with high demand for top-end properties.
Bollywood legend Shah Rukh Khan has been hogging all the news for taking on rent two opulent duplex flats in posh Mumbai area's Pali Hill, Khar, at a rental of Rs 8.67 crore for three years. As per an HT.com report, Khan is shifting on a temporary basis from his legendary Mannat bungalow because its annexe is being renovated extensively and enlarged, a process that will take almost two years.
