Godrej Properties Sells 275 Flats for Over Rs 2,000 Crore in Noida Project

Godrej Properties Ltd has successfully sold 275 luxury apartments worth over Rs 2,000 crore in its newly launched residential project Godrej Riverine in Sector 44, Noida. The company announced the sales milestone in a regulatory filing on Tuesday.

 

Launched last month, Godrej Riverine is a 6.46-acre luxury housing project offering premium residential apartments with varied configurations. The overwhelming response at the launch reflects the strong demand for high-end living spaces in Noida.
