ASK Property Fund and India Sotheby’s International Realty (India SIR) have partnered with Amavi by Clarks to create a Rs 500 crore equity platform focused on luxury housing. The platform, launched under ASK Curated Luxury Assets Fund-I (CLAF-I), will invest in high-end, branded second-home projects in hill stations, lakeside locations, and popular spiritual destinations.
Amavi by Clarks is supported by the promoters of the Clarks Group of Hotels and Brij Hotels, bringing strong hospitality expertise into the venture.
Amit Bhagat, Co-Founder, CEO, and MD of ASK Property Fund, said demand for luxury second homes is rising among India’s ultra-high-net-worth individuals. He said the new platform aims to offer rare, high-value investment opportunities in premium destinations.
Amit Goyal, MD of India Sotheby’s International Realty, said the collaboration combines India SIR’s deep understanding of luxury buyers, ASK’s investment capabilities, and the Clarks Group’s hospitality strengths. Together, they plan to build thoughtfully designed, branded villas that offer both investment value and an elevated living experience.

CLAF-I is registered with SEBI as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund. India SIR, based in Delhi, specializes in luxury real estate consulting and advisory services across India.
