The Hunger Games actor Josh Hutcherson was in news for leading the list with actors who will almost double their paychecks for two subsequent films, and the 19-year start certainly proved that when he bought a tree house which was previously owned by both Ellen DeGeneres and Heath Ledger.
Surrounded by lush green sycamores and plenty of floras, the Treehouse in Hollywood Hills is truly a nature lovers paradise. Named as ‘Treehouse’ because of its wooded structure and stunning views, the 1800-square-foot home features an additional 2500-square-feet of outdoor living space where you’ll find multiple porticos, an outdoor movie-screening room and a fire pit. Built in 1951, the home’s previous A-list owners include Michelle Williams, Heath Ledger and real estate lover, Ellen DeGeneres.
Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin Buy Kate Winslet’s London Home For $4.3 Million
Gwyneth Paltrow and rockstar husband Chris Martin, from the band Coldplay, reportedly bought this home located in Belsize Park, North London, 10 years ago for a whooping $4 million from another celeb actress, Kate Winslet. The purchase was followed by 2 more houses next to it where in the couple planned to construct a 33-room mansion with swimming pool, garden and changing room.
Since announcing their split, reportedly there is sparking rumors that the house will most likely go down the hammer for a huge real estate deal in the very near future.
