7) Bungalow Gulistan

Three-storey bungalow Gulistan of Anand Mahindra, one of the richest man in India, was sold for rs250 crore in Mumbai. This bungalow was bought by none other than Mahindra’s real estate division. However, Anand Mahindra is still living in Gulistan as a tenant and will continue his stay even after redevelopment. However, KC Mahindra, Anand’s grandfather rented this bungalow decade ago near Priyadarshini Park and the family have been living here since then.

6) Lakshmi Mittal

Indian steel tycoon Lakshmi Mittal is the Chairman and CEO of the ArcelorMittal, largest steel making company in the world. This sixth richest person in the world owns a house in London’s 18-19 Kensington Palace Gardens for whopping $128 million. Mittal purchased this house from the Formula One boss, Bernie Ecclestone back in 2004 which was world's most expensive house at that time. This luxurious house features 12 bedrooms, an indoor pool, Turkish style bathrooms and parking space for 20 cars.  This palatial abode is said to be designed by marbles taken from the same quarry who supplied marbles for Taj Mahal.
