In Lutyens’ Bungalow Zone, there are over 1100 bungalows, out of which, only 65 bungalows are privately-owned properties. These private properties belong to India’s top-notch personalities like LN Mittal, Sunil Bharti Mittal, real estate tycoon and DLF CEO KP Singh, the Burman Family and the rest of the bungalows are possessed by the government.
