Making job easier

As i am good team player and very cooperative its helps me a lot to communicate between students and with trainees and i am open to learn all technologies i have hands on some databases other than MySQL, db2 ,oracle.
i am learning some scripting languages too .so these features helps me to learn new things and update my knowledge and share to my students.

i have learn how to handle trainees and colleagues friendly in corporate society and how to learn different technologies easily and how to implement my knowledge in real time existing problems

Books recommended

Updated version of complete reference if they are freshers to the technology or else head first java if they are good in concepts of java like wise some books consisting of tricky questions and real time problems.

Each engineer will be unique in nature by default but each one as to know in which manner they are unique compared to others i am unique because of my flexible qualities in corporate society and reaching targets and helping colleagues my level best and learn from any one who knows better technology , and i wont feel any hesitation to learn from my juniors if they are sound in technology

hi ,i am yamini working as a java trainer in Arcus Info tech Pvt Ltd in Domlur Bangalore. its a training and placement institute and i am handling 5 batches of students , i will be giving training on core java , servlets,jsp , jdbc ,j2EE , springs , struts , hibernate and MySQL .

Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'

Because of the mind set that believing in foreign technology will be better than the our own technology product that foreign product also might be developed by an Indian but that developer might have worked with the Indian company ... but once seeing technology means it does not depends with the region where code is developed but it depends on where it is been used because its not regional thing its professional
