My advice
Hey i'm not the expert guy to advice anyone who is management leader, but can tell one thing always be confident,determined,dedicated and optimistic about your targets to achieve your goals, always be the same person in the last also.
My views on India Technical development
As We have rich resources in our country, because some political issues as well as our thoughts which are ahead of other countries but still we are afraid and hesistant to showcase our talent, but those days have gone and in any aspect, any country,we are hired to work, but the same skill requirement is lacking due to the theoritical representation of skills which has to come up with practical orientation.

But, as u all know 70-80% of IT outsourcing & RPO business is coming from our country itself as we are rich in IT talents.

Day will come when our country will develop many products in IT as well.
Ensuring Growth
I ensure the quality of work and performance in the company as a individual contributor as well as working as a team member in the company for the welfare of the company and motivating the team as well, which the next level of my growth when i will be leader, thats the time where my skills and expertise in my domain will be appraised as a leader and capability of handling team effective and efficiently.

Also i'm getting into bit of business development and social networking for branding my company and selling my personality on e-commerce.

Always be down to earth, when comes to client communication and providing the resource requirement on untimely basis.

Thats what is a leader, but its not complete till you groom your personality and appearence in the society as well.

So be positive thinker, whenever things comes to you in negative form also dont live the spirit of reaching the highs.
Handling Grievances
As a leader, to deal with grievance of employee in an organisation is to first of all to understand his query and analyse it to give me a solution and be friendly with employee to know him closely next time he don't face the same thing before it can be curbed and from creation.Also, if the employee is wrong or right, take an wise decision to settle the matter within middle level management.
Awards and Recognitions
Still lot to come, don't like to disclose right now, as awards and recognition are just motivating factor and this are not only the achievement but love, dedication & satisfaction for your job that matters.
Team Management
Team environment should be healthy and fun-loving sometimes its ok as well and this should be like feel like home.also with some part of work ethics as well and discipline which is like similar to the dishes which eat regularly and special ones on special occasions. Also make the work as a game which looks like competition and contests which usually happens in sales, business development, bpo's and some what us staffing also which will build a team spirit and everyone is appreciated for the performance and efforts.

Also some indoor sports and extra curriculum activites also needed to empower the team morale, so team becomes competitive to work and perform.
