Thoughts on Education system of our country
In order to improve the Education system in India, we will have to give much emphasis on quality over quantity. How many numbers of university do we have is insignificant compared to how many qualitative do we have.

It is quite saddening to note that universities of other Asian countries rank above our universities. We have miserably failed on the higher Educational front , as even countries like Japan, south Korea, China, Thailand are far ahead wards in higher Education.

The absence of quality education in India has resulted into a perpetual brain drain from our country, because, if one goes to Harvard school campuses, one would hear more Indian students speaking Hindi than they would hear in Delhi University
We will have to say good bye to the hitherto practice of opening the universities with exactly the same degree of facilities which have already taken a toll in creating a good infra-structure of education in India. Resources have been spread too thinly. Fund should be made suf
Qualities needed to become a successful leader
Leaders always focus on the needs of the company and the situation. Leaders focus on results, on what must be achieved by themselves, by others, and by the company. Great leaders focus on strengths, in them and in others. They focus on the strengths of the organization, on the things that the company does best in satisfying demanding customers in a competitive marketplace and they have a clear, exciting idea of where they are going and what they are trying to accomplish and are excellent at strategic planning

Important lesson learned
Many years ago I learned an important lesson from my first Manager and really became my most important mentor. He told me his secret to success was to 'Look at each day as a new opportunity to be your very best. Set high goals, be honest, never say no, and work with people who share your passion for doing their best.' I've always remembered that advice and try to live it every day. I am very self-motivated, determined and honest. I really love what I do and I try to surround myself with people who share similar passions.
