For 10+yrs I managed Bus Ops & Trg in Banking & fin post which I switched to Proj Mgmt role out of passion for d profession & change.I was challenged by many on this but I nt jst successfully compl my Proj Mgmt Prof prog, but working as a fulltime PM & have also trained 100s of aspirants so far.

Learning is a continuous journey, focus on certifications that would directly & indirectly add value to once personal & professional life. Learn Time mgmt to be more disciplined

I started my corporate journey in 2000@ 17, Faculty for english @ 18,joined HSBC as a cust serv exe in 2003,then went on to be a checker, trainer, Team Leader, Asst mgr - Ops then Internal Audits, Finance Training Head @ Dupont in 2008 & now a Project manager @ Karvy, PMP Trainer & Entrepreneur.
Effective words:
Be rebels questioning the status quo around u for others to think through. Never feel down even in the hardest of times, be confident, expert & passionate about what you do,if u believe in urself,the world will follow u & you will see life blossoming thereafter for all your hardwork.
Doing differently:
I think I have taken perfect steps so far. The only thing I sometimes feel is probably that I should have taken up law. It is never late, I would think of it again after completing my short term goals both at home & work.
