Family Background

I came from middle class family. my father and mother educated. i have one brother he also well educated. now in my family all are employees. my mother gave full support in my education.

Contribution to the field

Now i am working in Priya sharma software pvt ltd. it is very good company. employee career growth is very good here. i learned many new things here. technically i learned new technology. coding strategies all are very good here.

Challenges faced:

in my previous company some times i used to to work night up to 10 pm either its not too late due to transport problem i faced problem. in any organization if a women get client appreciation then some will encourage and some will decrease even we have to step forward.

Achieving Success:

Men domination is very common even we have to work together.every where good and bad will be there then only people will identify good. not all men have dominating mind. some are support also. so only take support don't thing about dominating minded persons.

Attributes of Leadership:

Leadership is a best quality of a person. its nothing but not hurt to anyone and work together,make the people to accept leader thoughts these are the leader best qualities. don't oppose any one even its wrong but make them to accept out thought.

sorry i don't have habits of reading books. but as of my thought my life and my surrounding these are the books of live example.

certification are like ladder what ever certifications you done. but you have to know how to use the certification and knowledge in career. suppose there is many ladders, you want to climb a tall wall if you don't know how to use ladder then no use even you have many ladders

Success through professionalism:

listen other words even you know the thing or not. with in time with accuracy task completion. always keep smile on your face live friendly with all in your team. dont feel shy to learn new thing frm juniors if any cases you struck with a difficult task take support from your team.but dont wast time

now my position is sr s/w engineer after 5 yr i will be as a project manager or in team lead.

Managing:

corporate and personal life both are very important.in office timings think only about task work. after office for get all official tensions and enjoy only family life. but its quite difficult at least try for that. to over come this when you get angry or feel stress that should not present on other
