I cant say MBA is required to do business but you have got to know the fundamental of MBA
The Journey So Far:
Its been a roller-coaster journey for me. I did MBA then joined a logistic company in Mumbai. After realizing that I was not born for this, I quit.
Then something miracle happened.You can say, suddenly, but its a long process to get to know the value of Handicraft. I realized that the demand of Handicraft is growing in international market and supply is not rising. This is due to migration or change in profession or lower recognition or low return. Due to all the above reason artisans are not willing to produce things. They don't have aplatform to sell those stuff. So born.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
Since I am involved from the very beginning I have seen tremendous change in Professional environment. The people who are involved in this project are behaving in a professional way as they have to interact with other professional.
Job Profile:
Being the CEO & Co-Founder of,I do all the necessary things that a founder of startup do. From office cleaning to bringing water to answer all calls to taking risky decision to signing all documents.
Done Differently:
Since all have something to regret about life, if I would have a chance to change something I would like to change some strategies which went wrong. Some decision didn't meet our expectation.

Role model to me is Sir Richard Branson of Virgin group. His passion and dedication towards responsibility has motivated me a lot

My father works in a Bank in Odisha and my Mother is a housewife. I have two elder sister and grandmaa

The most crucial decision was quitting my job and start with the

We have successsfuly developed a click & mortar model of handicraft. We have exclusive store of handicraft in Odisha which ensures our growth.
And personally I practise yoga and read motivational story daily to boost of my confidence and learn
Working Life Management:
I give equal time to both work and life. I also spend quality time with family.
We at work as a family and every meeting has got a reason to celebrate with a cake.So all are ready to work till midnight if they asked to do so.I feel, I am successfully managing my work life
