Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
My family consist of 4 members. My Father passed away in the year 2006. I am staying with my mom, my wife Anita and a beautiful old year daugher Aishwarya. My wife is a home maker.
Plans for the Future
As I grow in my incoming and subsequent roles I hope to bring others up the ladder and provide to the personal and professional growth of the junior team members. I want to be the employee that is remembered for the problems that became solutions and the unattainable became a reality.

Narayana Murthy has been my role model.In 1981, a determined Murthy started Infosys with Rs 10,000 he borrowed from his wife. In few years, Infosys went on to become one of the largest wealth creators in the country. I am inspired by his leadership quality, discipline and hardwork.

Selling IT and BPO services using a collaborative approach,Account Mapping,Lead Generation,IT industry research & Sales support. Effective Relationship Management with major corporate clients and key accounts. Guiding and motivating the team to achive the company's revenue and Sales target.
Most Important Lessons
The most important lesson that I have learned is to be deciplined in your approach. You need to be assertive and transparent in your action and work. Work hard but work smartly.The key to success in getting ahead in your professional carreer is your networking skills.
Work Life Balance
I manage the challenge of Work life Balance in two simple steps. No 1- Building downtime into my schedule- When I plan my week, I make it a point to schedule time with my family and friends and activities that help me recharge. No 2- Droping activities that sap my time or energy at work or at home.
Most Important Career Decisions
The most important career decision was to move from Accounting to Sales. I think that was the wise decision I made in the year 2002.
