life: I have spent simple life.Still I consider myself as a student and willing to learn new things.
Job: I am hard working & enthusiastic man.So performed my duty honestly. Always try to help my team members in discharging their duties.
Couple of years from now
I am at present in govt. job for last 25 years but in coming a couple years, I will be on a senior position in the field of finance/accounts/audit in private sector.For this I will prepare myself by every means.If necessary,I can pursue a course which will be helpful for my career.
Degree that I recommend
Ph.D in Finance or HRM.
Ensuring success
I know "Nothing is permanent except change." So,I give proper attention on my communication,subject matter and ward work. Beside this,I regularly go with current affairs & job market. To learn is my hobby. Any thing if I don't know, I have no hesitation to learn which will be helpful to grow & develop in my life
Important decision
Till now no such decision I have made except perusing MBA (Finance & HRM) in the year 2007 and secured it in the year 2009 with 70% marks. But now I am going to take a decision to leave the Govt. sector & join the private sector.

Perform their duties with honesty and motivate others to do so.
My family background
belong from a lower middle class family. parents were teachers. I started my job as Assistant Auditor. completed my MBA in the year 2009 in finance & HRM from NERIST Itanagar. Son is perusing M.Tech in embedded system design. Daughter is perusing B.Tech in Computer Engineering. Wife previously was a teacher but now she is a home maker.

Life itself, because on my life path I am alone, route of journey is not known.

Swami Ramdev, who built an empire of millions with self confidence and personal skill.
Qualities needed to become a successful leader
Endless en devour to perform hard work ability to learn new things and motivate others to do so.

Never satisfy yourself with education & skill and always be satisfied with your wealth and money.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
Now, it very much improved.The need is to connect it with research & development so that new outcome will be for the benefit of society.
