Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

My family is me and my 4 yrs old daughter.My parents live in Kanour UP. Father is sales Tax officer.Mother is house wife.Younger brother in Delhi. Works as consultant.

Growth Strategy:

Recently i have earned ISTQB foundation certificate and Have planned to do ISTQB - Test Manager in another 6 months. Aprart from that i have been working closely with my TL and manager to learn mangmt and leadership skills in team.

Prized Accomplishment(s):

Recently ISTQB - Foundation, GOT few awards in previous company

Role Model:

My First Manager, Whom i saw growing from QA to Sr QA MAnager within 2yrs. I liked his working style the way he used to manage team with always smile on his face and always cool.

The Journey So Far:

I had really great time in software industry.With span of 6 yrs with 2 companies i have learnt a lot.I am good to work with System based products as well as web based testing.I am good team player as well leader when needed.have good cordial relations with team members.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

well for me it is same as before. Since started meduim scale company and got chance to work with large scale and now working in small scale industry. but due to my nature and attitude in a professional env i got full support from team as well overseas client.
