Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

my family is the best people i have known.... since i was born... i have not seen my parents quarrel.... so.. we the children never experience major quarrels too....for me my dad, mom & brothers are very important for me we are very happy people.... we eat together when all of us at home.... :)

Advice For New Professionals:

Be open to learning,You may have learned lots of theory in the classroom, but it tends to change drastically when human behaviour gets involved. College gave you theory work is going to give something entirely different, so stay humble and realize your first job is going to be largely about learning

Job Profile:

My role is responsible to the success or failure of the company. Operations, marketing, strategy, financing, creation of company culture, human resources, hiring, firing, compliance with safety regulations, sales etc...:)

The Decisions That Matter

I always think that all my decisions were made because I think it is good for me and the people around. If something went wrong along the way I will always consider it as a good experience. When I make a mistake in making a decision I don't regret it I learn from it and will not do it again.

Role Model:

My Mom She has rescued me from being the unruly kid.I find her to be the most perfect woman in the whole world..an understanding mom,a perfect home maker and a woman of great personality who knows when to protest and when to agree.

Growth Strategy:

Looking for other options, ideas and perspectives. Challenging myself to see things differently and try new things. Reading. Talking to people whom I know will enlighten me, as well as those I don't already know that about.
