Couple of years from now

Being an ambitious, hard working, enthusiastic young man, I have always been and am looking forward a much better career where apart from monetary gains I will get complete job satisfaction. I have recently read a book "THINK & GROW RICH" by Mr. Napoleon Hill who has profoundly impressed me and I hereby advise that everyone who wish to aspire high must read his classic, because it is so powerful that it can transform a poor person into a billionaire if the contents of this book are thoroughly understood and properly implemented.

My strongest skill

Honesty, perseverance, understanding, strong will power, workmanship are my main attributes and I apply them in my everyday life at workplace and otherwise.

Important decision

1. In my humble opinion the most important decision was to marry and become a husband and then lead a happy married life, I am proud to say that I am leading a happy married life, other decisions, may they be very important, will always remain subordinate and will occupy secondary position in contrast to decision of marrying.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader

He must be Literate, understanding, social, Honest, faithful, sympathizing, a good speaker as well as a good listener, problem solver,friendly and having liaising ability etc.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Our education system needs to be changed basically because it is producing educated youths but without having any practicability. when they try to enter into corporate world -they prove their unworthiness only. I strongly recommend drastic change that they should be imparted vocational qualification instead of giving them bookish knowledge. I further believe that students should be taught decision making along with facts and figures.

Ensuring success

In order to grow and develop one needs to be smart and go-getter. Whatever I have to my credit in respect of experience and academic qualification is adequate to get me where I wish to be. However I am utilizing the best in me to climb the ladder of desired success.

My family background

I come from a noble family which includes my older brothers both being married and having issues. I am also a married person with a single issue and my mother lives with me and my father died in 1994.

My mother is a housewife, My wife is a working woman, of my two elder brothers, The eldest one Mr. Parag Pathradkar is a Territory sales Manager in Pune and my elder brother Mr. Vaibhav Pathradkar is a businessman in indore.

Initiative to develop a country

The professionals can do their best to bring the country in line with the developed country by setting up a manufacturing unit the product of which should be in great demand in the international market, thus on the one hand they will be generating employment and earning foreign exchange on the other hand by exporting the said product, simultaneously expanding the capacity of the unit.

Brief description about me

First of all I would like to thank you for giving the opportunity to introduce .
My name is Sarang Pathradkar and I am from Indore MP.Coming to my Work Experience, I have more than 8 ½ years of experience in the field of commodity futures trading. Presently I am associated with Dhanlaxmi Solvex Pvt. Ltd., Indore as a Trader where I am looking after commodity trading along with back office operations of NCDEX, NBOT and MCX.
About my qualification, I completed MBA in Prod & Operations form IMS, Indore. I have done M.Sc. and B.Sc. in statistics from Holkar Science College, Indore. My schooling has been done in Jabalpur MP.

In my family, My mother is a housewife, My wife is a working woman, I have two elder brothers, The eldest one Mr. Parag Pathradkar is a Territory sales Manager in Pune and my elder brother Mr. Vaibhav Pathradkar is a businessman in Indore.
My hobbies are playing cricket, football, Reading and enjoying music.
