I am currently working in Flextronics Technologies,Gurgaon as Production Supervisor.I am managing services of Blackberry Mobile Phones.My profile is production planning,manpower planning,resource planning,internal inventory control & delivery of best quality product.
Leadership qualities
For a successful leader quick decision making & good manpower handling is very important.Also he has to understand the situation & having good control on his team in critical situations.

I am updating myself time to time with meeting experienced people in industries,attending seminars,reading books.

My advice
A leader should be honest & hard worker.He should be also update himself & learn good managing & decision making skill.

My view on India technological development
There are  very talented people in our country.Most of the talented people are migrated to other countries.So we have to develop very good working environment & learning opportunities to protect migration of technical talent from our countries.Also our government has to make policy to open more R & D centres in every part of country to connect rural areas to develop more technical talents.

Family background
I belongs to a farmer family.My father is a retired teacher & mother is a house wife.My younger brother is an engineer working in a MNC in Oman.My wife is also a house wife.I have two children.My son is seven year old & daughter is one year old.
