I currently work on ATG web commerce and many other areas of web technology like payment provider integration , SEO and Analytics to name a few.

I have always tried to stick to my job and moved on if there was nothing new for me to learn. I changed my previous job even when industry was in recession.I think these steps have really shaped my career. Taking right decision and taking calculative risk helps.

Work in a different way

I am very happy the way my career has shaped so far , got lots of opportunities to learn and work on different technologies. So really can’t think of a better career path.

What additional skills do you have?

There are not many things but I believe my discipline, hunger to learn new methods & technology and never say die attitude makes me different.

Hard work and sincerity helps at the end of the day. I think knowing your subject well and being honest also helps. They should also focus on their interpersonal skills. It’s so important to use right words , right tone and right way of putting things across.

About Qualification

I have completed MCA from MIT , Manipal and later also completed Java certification.

Deadlines

At times we tend to lose our focus and direction so easily hence its very important to put right and continuous efforts. It ultimately helps to deal with pressure and deadlines. A good routine and follow ups also helps to keep a check on progress.

Success is a relative term but for me success is the ability to deliver right and keep raising own bar with quality and standards.
