Seeing yourself after 10 years from now

I am currently an iPhone App Developer and will be working on some top position in an MNC.

Doing 3 things if become CM

1. Increase 50% taxes on Liquor and Gutka's and that money will be going to build new schools and administration.
2. Increase the budget for better roads and ways to commute.
3. Make One Cyber City per city mandatory.
