HR Relationship with the CEO
That of planning and execution.
Workplaces are changing. Cultures are evolving. The average employee today is different from his/her counterpart from a decade ago too? What is lacking and what does he/she need to keep in mind in todays working scenario
Yes, I think we cant avoid a situation where two colleagues have a decade age difference as the new generation is extremely aggressive and passionate. Seniors (age wise) need to be more balanced and positive. If there is any thing new and updated which can be learnt from younger generation can be captured.

Biggest Pain Point
New recruitment.
Motivating Employees with Rewards
Our employees fortunately are self motivated and charged up people as we have all Gen Y as of now.
Recruiting & retaining the diverse and ambitious Generation Y. Are they really ambitious
Via various platforms like job portal, employee references and agencies.
Attract good people, retain the better people and advance the best people
According to me HR has to know how the co. business is doing, only then we can convince good candidates to join in and show them a path, for retaining, i suggest talk to employees about their good work and efforts put in, update the management about market salary trends, help resolve problem within the organization.
Advice/ suggestions to fellow HRs
HR should keep a neutral and non-bias attitude. Keep communication to your employees through all possible communicating option. The old stigma we meet HR only at the time of entry and exit should be totally removed.
