The Journey So Far:
Today, I am working as Department Head for world's 4th Largest company manufacturing agriclutral equipments. This gives pride & off course a great feeling of responsibilty. Journey till date has toaght me a lot on change management.
It was always a great experience as I started my career as Trainee Engineer at MSRTC's Central Workshop Dapodi & Kirloskar Oil EnginesPune, India. Got exposure to engine components, assly & servicing of petrol & diesel engines, Bus body building, seat manufacturing & testing of manufactured bus bodies under different condition.
Growing up with handling of production responsibilities of manufacturing of crank shaft, connecting rod, crank case .
At Divgi Warner export oriented unit to take a grip on SPC & MSA.
Got a hold on Quaity aspects of an organisation while working with TATA Auto Comp systems & Sauer Danfoss.
At John Deere India Developed a expertise on supplier management & Quality management doing bottomline improvements.
Self confident.
Other Thoughts:
Yes. My experience has taught me to keep growing by adding knowledge & believing in yourself.
Degrees That Matter:
yes. At this stage I will recommand to have additional knowledge on Finance for non finance people.

Getting to know all the manufacturing processes while working with different organisations has given me technical knowledge confidence.
ALways focussing on people relations given me an edge to build circle of influence for growth in different organisations with mutual trust.

My Role model is Mr. Ratan Tata.
The way he is known for his vision on development of India. Lot respect because of CSR activities done by TATA group. Also dreaming to dare NANO way.

Like I have just completed my MBA in human resource from United Institute of Belgium.

Now Iam putting focus on learning German Language, since Im working with German based company.

Work with dedication to build the strong knowledge. Go in depth of the subject by rasing lots of questions for why we are working with the process established.
