I have got a technical and a management degree but I feel If I can know more languages then and get a degree for it then could help us good.

More about myself
I wanted to share my experience for SME’s. I have mostly worked with SME’s in recent times and feel that they are reluctant in investing for marketing and need guidance and consultation to invest and reinvest. SME’s should invest surely however putting deep thought over it as what is beneficial for them and brings return on investment. I have seen many SME’s either not investing at all or investing on something which has no ROI.
My strongest skill
I am a self motivated person and rarely I do not get demotivated. Having a strong technical background helps me good in technical insights of business. My clear communication and work ethic has helped me building strong relationships with my partners and clients.

I come from a modest family background with people related to education field. My father is ex head of Delhi University Maths department and sister again a DU professor and mother was a house wife.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
I think, goal of our new education system should be to create entrepreneurs, innovators who can establish the foundation of a knowledge based economy.

In order to improve the system I think it is important to make a strong base. The base education which is primary schooling should be improved for all govt schools.
We have talent all around but we need to explore and exploit it as a country. Also, It is important to give practical knowledge for every education system. It is important to Change the education system from the primary level (reduce work load, put more importance on physical. Also, we have computers and internet, it makes sense to invest in technological infrastructure that will make access to knowledge easier than ever.

I have over Twelve years of work experience, spanning Client Servicing, Business Development , Account Management across different clients in US, Europe and India. Worked with several blue chip clients and SME clients.

My Specialties are Strategic planning, Partnerships & alliances, Project management, Partner management and have worked different channel partners all across the world. I am a Triple post graduate with MBA, MSc and MIT as the degree.
Qualities needed to become a successful leader
1) Honesty- Your business and its employees are a reflection of yourself, and if you make honest and ethical behavior a key value, your team will follow you.
2) Ability to Delegate
It is important to trust your team with a vision, you might never progress to the next stage. It’s important to remember that trusting your team with your idea is a sign of strength.
3- Communication
Being able to clearly describe what you want done is extremely important. If you can’t relate your vision to your team, you won’t all be working towards the same goal.
4- Commitment
By proving your commitment to the work and your duties, you will not only earn the respect of your team, but will also put that same hardworking energy among your staff

Important decision
I have made some decisions in my life which were probably late but helped m eventually. I was a Science student in school but I made a decision to be a commerce graduate as I started feeling that I have more liking towards commerce. It was a tough decision as I was selected for a engineering entrance but I changed my stream.

Having a stable job, good salary is what every body dream of. I had the same and was going good for 7-8 years and then made a decision to move on to make an enterprise of my own. I think these were two important decisions that have build my career and I have a satisfied feeling for it.
Influenced by
As an Entrepreneur, I am mostly influenced by Dhiru bhai ambani from building Reliance from Scratch. As a negotiator and politician I am being influenced by Atal vihari Vajpayee for his charming personality and ability to take so many people together and run a government.
My achievements
I had a dream to build something on my own and wanted to be recognised in whatever I am doing be it a job or a something made by myself. I felt proud when I was being first interviewed by Financial times in 2012 and then when we received award for excellence by Big research in 2013.
My role model
I would say My father is a role model for me to be strong on paperwork and meticulous in approach and to be true towards everything.
