My important career decision

Without discussion without my father, i never took any decision till now but when i went to see to my wife first time before marriage ad i got it i think it was my most important decision for my life.

Goals and Ambitions

to make doctor to my son so that he can serve and take care of my hometown people because i saw doctor knows he language only of the Money. they dont bother hows the patient what is the condition of patient. doctor will check the patient after fees deposit. That why i want to see my son as a doctor.

Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'

It not like that we cant make a any product. We can.
If you search the engineer all over world, you will find the most of the Indian engineer is in all over world. Only they are making product and that country where Indian Engineer is working, is going to at high level.
But in India, If you want to make any product, you have to spent the money, not in market, but to gave to leader, politics and party fund. If we make a product after this extra cost, we can get the product outside of india at low cost.

My advice

first face the interview and join any company, don't bother about salary Because you need a experience,not a salary because as per my knowledge, college life and professional life, both are different. First get a job, do hard job and gain the knowledge then discussed about salary.
Dont think this company is good or not, just think how experience you are.How much knowledge you have.
If you think you deserve for it , then discussed regarding the salary etc.

Challenges faced in job

Its a very good question.
When you are doing job on site and getting difficult to solve it and nobody helping you or somebody called you to solve the problem while they tried some many time to solve it and not able to solve it then you have to show your knowledge that only you can do it and no need for any help.
It will help you to promotion and any other requirement if you have because company knows you leave the jobs, nobody can solve the problem within time. (as we know the problem can be solve by ohter person but the main important is the time limit)

Managing professional as well as personal life

it depend on you.How you can manage both professional and personel life because both life are different and very difficult to manage but both life is very important. without any one, you are not successful person.

My name is Ravindra Mukhraiya. I am basically from Jhansi (Uttar Pradesh).I did B.tech From CSE College, Jhansi (U.P).My father was working in District Hospital but now he retired on september 2012. My mother is a house wife. I have 3 sister.2 are elder (married) and 1 is younger. She is Doing MBA (HR and Marketing). I am Alone in a boy.2 years ago, i got married. She also did MBA (Finance and HR) from the same college from where i also did B. Tech but she got admission in same college after completed my B.tech. But her elder sister was my junior in B. tech. she also got married with my batch mate. it means we are from the same college. I have 1 son and now he will complete 1 years after 2 month (on 20 July 2013). My wife is also doing PhD from Bundelkhand University.
I am working in Siemens India Ltd., New Delhi as a automation Engineer. My current Siemens Site is Department of Post, new Delhi.I have 5 years experience in the same Field. I am living in New Dehi last past 5 years.

I am a PLC Engineer. but cant say strongest professional Skills because somebody said if you are 100% means you are a GOD but man can't be a god because god is god. only God can be a 100% because he has a right to do anything. We can also to do anything but we can only that work which is under ourhand but god can any work either he has in hand or not.

Books recommended

I read so many book but i suggested one book "You Can Win - Shiv Khera" because in study life, we read the all thing but it will tell you how to solve the problem. i can say only it a good book and need to read it all people

i always gave a 1st priority to job, not to other. i do the work, only work and do not wait for a result.
