Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

Basically my family depends on the Agriculture. I have father,mother and younger brother.My father is farmer , mother is housewife and brother is Pharmacist.

Work Life Balance

Since i am single it is not a big deal to manage them. As my parents take care of all other things.

Changes in the industry

There are lot of changes . Day by Day the development time is reducing because of frameworks. As the frame works write most of the code in more efficient way.(Still they have their own Advantages and Dis Advantages)

Challenges in The Technology

Still it needs to become more generic . Still for some features like text to voice and voice to text , Messaging we need to depend on third party API's. It would be great if java byte code can not be De-compiled.
