A Fine Balance:
i take work as part of my life like blood in my veins so i organise myself in such a way proactively that there have never been a situation wherein i felt that work is a burden hence am able to enjoy work continuously
Tech trends to watch out for
Previously majorly manual testing was the major method of testing implemented by most of the companies. Recently, Automation & Performance Testing is replacing most of the Manual Testing Applications. Modern Tools like HP QTP; HP Loadrunner ; RFT; Selenium; Junit are in demand.
Most Important Lessons
1. Stay ahead of time always
2. Knowledge is power so continuously upgrade your skill/domain and be master /champion of your field
3. Never compromise on perfection and plan your life's short term , medium and log term goals well in advance
4. Be systematic and goal oriented
Degrees that Matter
Hands on experience is always preferred but however certain ISTQB / Brainbench certifications or trainings will help to keep upgraded. Also, tool / product specific certifications will help.
Areas for the Future
from the career prospective specialization in Automation / Performance Testing / hands on expertise on recent tools is must.

Changes in the industry
there has been drastic change in QA / testing industry . 20 years back there was era of manual testing which used to quite cumbersome and there was little little flexibility /scope of change but in the current scenario all automated tools have given complete facelift to testing industry
