Time Management
According to me work Prioritization is very essential part,Clearly what is more important,Here are some things that can help:

Divide the list into three sections:
1.Must be done by a certain time
2.Needs to get done, but not time constrained
3.Nice to get done, but nothing will result if it isn't completed

Then look at the specific time frames that items must be completed in and select accordingly.
Simply,it depends what is critical to meet deadline.
Want to add one thing more always try to takes work seriously but not him/herself too seriously.
Every one should try to deliver qualitative work instead of Quantitative.

View s for better India
This is brilliant opinion by Raising Student Voice & Participation for development of nation.
India is the oldest civilization and yet today it has the largest proportion (40 percent or so) of the youth in the world. This population gives a youth flare to India. This segment of the population should be regarded as a boon rather than a bane. We must have enough enthusiasm, affection and affinity for this proportion of humanity. A fairly large proportion of this young population in the country is that of students who are supposed to be the future of a shining country.

Today youth is the back bone, if they work in positively manner no body can stop development !!
