4Ps are: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. All these Ps play a crucial role for the overall success of an organisation.
Product: The success or failure of an organisation depends on the product that they have chosen for sale. The selection of unique product can be helpful for the business; however the sale of product which is available in bulk in the market, is not a good choice.

Price: The price selection for product should be done wisely. The pricing should be done keeping in mind the competitiveness of the market.

Place: The place chosen for sales should be the one where the potential customers accept the product. They should be capable of purchasing the product, thus should have an appropriate income.

Promotion: This is how the organisation creates awareness of themselves in the market. The promotion, if done in a correct direction, can attract the target customers.

The marketing depends directly on the capability of an individual to produce successful results.
