Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

My Father was a Scientist @ IIT Kgp. With a strong and educated family background, I have gained an enthusiasm towards Scientific innovations and practical experiences.

Role Model:

My parents which educated us to do good things and with our 100% efforts. Father gave a good platform where I got a backbone of hardwork and strong mind and from mother I learnde never to go under depression when things are not favorable

Degrees That Matter:

I have pursued my doctoral degree from IIT Kharagpur. But for gaining there is no boundaries

Done Differently:

I will go for Army. But Since my eyesight are not so good, I will still do the same.

Plans For The Future:

At the top of the R&D community

Coming into core research and its practical applications knowing that teaching profession is not so challenging.

Required Reading:

There are various battery related books. It depends upon your way of understanding.

Working Life Management:

Doing work at working hours and relaxing at leisure time

Growth Strategy:

Studying and working hard. Being supportive to team members and helping them whenever I am free.
Also teaching them what I know so that they must have good knowledge.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

It is almost the same. But everything are favorable now

Nothing important. And I keep myself from corporate world to avoid competition. I feel it is not always important to make others second to be at the first.
