My family background
My family consists of Wife ,Father , mother , Elder sister & Elder Brother. My wife completed her MSC in organic chemistry , at present she is helping me in my business , my father retired employee from Murugappa Group co and My mother is home maker. My Elder living separately and he is doing his own business and My sister living separately she is a home maker
Effect of sales on an organization
Sales is the key role in a organisation , as a sales person we always believe that without sales the business cannot move further. We can manufacture any product with quality but it cannot be sold without Proper sales .... example now you can lot of advertisement for the MNC products this is jus to boos the business.Sales not only jus gives the business it also gives the business requirements , customer needs , competitors status in the market etc
Motivating team members
Normally team get demotivate when they could not achieve what they have to achieve .... at that time we have to provide moral support and encourage them by giving some suggestions , ideas , different methods etc , I always share my past experiences which will automatically boost the energy.

When it comes to a new territory it is always a difficult Task becos of the existing local competitor , to break that it requires lot of time , but still if our product is good and have good knowledge on subject then definitely we can beat the competition no doubt at all.
Importance of brand image
Yes Brand image is important ,nowadays in India lot of products moving easily in the market becos of the brand imagae , when I was with BAyer group customers will come to us for the materials , there is no marketing required .... whereas the problem is the company having a very good brand image does not care about employees , they feel that if a employee is there or not the product will move in the market .....

After a long 16 years journey I have decided to start my own Business alongwith my partner , In that I am the Director. My role is Business Development including Sales / marketing / sales promotion activities .I am responsible for the product developments , Executions , vendor development , purchase also.
Comparing Online sales with hardcore sales
Hardcore sales is better than online , becos when we meet and dicuss directly with the customers they will be having confidence on us and again if we have good communication skill it will be easy to convince the customers , whereas in online sales customer will be always have a doubt
