Joined as a trainee, became Software Engg after 6 months. For next two year, focus was on development , team work , following process and taking responsibility for end to end delivery of modules.

SUN certification for Java, which is now part of Oracle is the foundation for Java Programmers. A good house need a good foundation first and so if SCJP. Try it and you will love it.
