My priorities
it depends what is critical to meet deadline and also depends upon my essential requirements.
Important Lesson
Sometimes you have to do what's best for you and your life, not what's best for everyone else.Always go with yourself, never against yourself.

Future of Indian Education System
Education plays a key role in determining how you spend your adult life – a higher level of education means higher earnings, better health, and a longer life.I want to see a good level of education that improve not only my personal life but also improve the life standard of the whole society.
Outlook about increase students’ participation
The education institutions must find an organized way in which students' needs, attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors are reverberated through the system and become an integral part of the problem-solving process.
Family Background

My sister is working as a Physics lecturer in a private college. My brother is doing B.Tech. in electrical engineering. even though were not that rich i am very contented in what God gave to me because he gave me a happy family and even many problems and consequences that comes to us were always there and willing to comfort each other
Favorite Non-Academic books
Karma Yoga: A book by Swami Vivekananda, this book teach me the explication of Karma yoga and helped me to understand how the path of Karma yoga can work in my life.
Outlook about way to raise quality education
More teacher training institutes should be created,
Reduce work load, put more importance on practical activities,Should develop and implement a system to collect and report data on institutional quality that can be used to gauge progress toward national goals and private institutes and universities should follow a standard to offer degrees.
Most Challenges facing by students
The biggest challenge facing by students is turning out their living standards that are well balanced mentally, spiritually, emotionally, physically and financially.the curriculum today at schools deals more with academic studies and information than it does with being able to attain the success that every one aspires.
Way to motivate Students
I find that too often kids are being forced to do things they have no passion for, everyone has that one (at least) trigger. It's a sad situation when schools and Universities are perceived to kill creativity. Innovation, passion and the room to utilise these have been key for me.
Most Rewarding Moment
The most important experience for me is when my students show me their affection. There are so many good experiences that it’s difficult to choose the best one. I think of the many years teaching hundreds of students and I’m not sure to prefer any one,Because they all have a special quality.
About Me
I belongs to a middle family,I did my B.Tech. in ECE branch from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology in 2006,after that i completed my M.Tech. from Kurukshetra University campus.I have my teaching experiences in Kurukshetra University for approximate 2.5 years.I had also taught at NIT Kurukshetra for 4 months.
Unique way of teaching
Good teaching can't happen without student learning. We have to give best ideas to students related to their study course and also give fundamentals tips for their practical work.
