Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

My mother is a home maker and my father expired in Nov 2010. We are five brothers and three sister.Three elder brothers are married with settled in business and all sisters are also married.My younger brother did MBA in marketing and doing job.My wife is a home maker and I have two daughters.

The Journey So Far

I am holding MCA degree and I got the current job in August -08 and till date I a=have been working with STI as software testing engineer.I am having knowledge of different domain project testing and my current project CBRAT project which is a tool to manage any type of tool.I am ISTQB certified QA.

My roles and responsibilites in my current project is as folowing:
1. Over see over all testing activities
2. Involve in reviewing/anlyzing SRS and participate in all related reviews meetings

I think that certifications and degree related to QA process, definately help to learn new things and enhance career as well as improve the quality of the system and I would like to recomande :
1. Foundation level ISTQB certification
2. Advance levelISTQB certification
3. Automated tool cert.

Tech trends to watch out for

1. Perfect knowledge of SQL,2.Agile development process,3. Different automation testing tool working knowledge,4. Related certifications,5. CMMI level process knowledge

Changes in the industry

When I started the career in QA that time, comapany was prefering Manual testing but know the company expectation from QA engineers have changed.Now comapny is looking different technology knoledge, SQL knowledge and different automation testing tool practical knowledge

By hard working, dedicated to work, punctual about schedule,previous gained knowledge and by continuous zeal to learn new technologies,process with highly desciplined manner

In coming year I would like to see myself on top of QA position and finally I would like to serve the organization to join in decision taking board
