Contribution to the field
Work- as money is a by product of what you do.
Challenges with QA domain
Yes, I have worked overtime but not by design. Most of the times,it was in response to external factors that you can’t control.Offcourse, there is no pride in working unplanned hours. Some learnings- a tired workforce creates mistake, extended working hours demotivates the team & affects future plans.
The Big Question
I think success is a relative word.I am able to overcome many hurdles. However there is a mountain to climb. The problem with success is the moment you overcome certain challenge you will be presented with a new one.
The Most Important Game
Its hard to think of a situation where I am not a team player. Agile works on self organizing team and collaboration to overcome most of the challenges.
Changes in professional environment
I didn't become a technology professional by design, it just happened to me.
How improved your Knowladge
I make sure that I spend enough time reading and researching to find the advancement in QA field. Find opportunities to network with QA professionals at all level. I try finding opportunities to do some hands on work. Find time to experiment and work with various interest groups etc
