Myself Mandeep Sharma, I am a graduate. I have an experience of around 10 years with different companies like India Infoline, HDFC Standard, Bajaj Allianz and Future Generali. Presently i am working as Branch Head with Samruddha Jeevan Foods I Ltd.

You should be a good motivator. You should understand the problems and give a quick an realistic solution. You should be familiar with your team both personally and professionally. You should have detailed knowledge about what you are doing. And of course you should be confident.

I have made my own way always. I have not stepped back in implementing ideas that can enhance my success.

Ya sure, the most important lesson i have learnt is that keep your personal life away from your professional life. never mix them.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

India have good enough resources for Education, but the reservation system is not a t all good. reservation should not be cast wise but it should be for bright poor students, who want to study but they don't have money to pay the fee.
