My views on India Technical development
Our education system don't have capacity to develop entrepreneurship in the students. It simply provide degrees which fails most of the times on practical grounds, either at jobs or at own businesses. Lacking of innovativeness & fear of failures stops Indians to invent new products.
Leadership qualities
First & foremost skill is leader must create an environment where his subordinates can freely work & there should be no state of dilemma. People can work open minded & able to put their 100% efforts & enthusiasm to achieve leader's objective. They must know that failures will not count in attempting success within the deadlines.
Current Job description
Presently I am working as AGM - IT at an Organization where my major role is to establish best business practices through IT/ERP in each processes, with the help of grooming & mentoring at each level, wherever needed, so it will become a culture & though that good governance can be implemented in true senses & system will be person independent.
Ensuring Growth
Continuous growth requires clear vision, visualization, dedication, commitment & support from peers.

I always ensure that I should suggest best possible solutions to each situation/project comes to me, keeping organization's interest at top always in the mind.

For each situation/project, peers may have different views, which should be always dilute/resolve carefully, by convincing them on our thoughts, which tend them to cooperate in achieving objectives.

This will help in getting helps of peers, without which nothing is possible & at the same time they feel delighted as a part in decision making & work at their fullest.

Once these has been achieved, growth automatically backs to the leader.
Team Management
Each member in a team or from different teams has his own unique style of working, attitude & a certain value of egos.

I generally do lots of homework on the selection of teams members & always try to balancing between aptitude, attitude & aggressiveness.

Teams interact with one another on a proper forum, where they have to discuss policy matters essential towards timely success of any project & the same has been documented through MOM, to avoid any confusions.

Otherwise team members are allowed to communicate with each other to share thoughts & ideas to resolve small issues hurdling in day-to-day project work.

I feel, the more responsibilities I am getting from management in IT/ERP & apart from core strength is the only recognition & awards, I am receiving being manager.

Family background
I am from a middle class Maharashtrian family. My Mother was a librarian & father was food inspector. They both have to work hard, so we can't live life, which they lived during their childhood.

I was born in 1970 & studied at Indore till my graduation & started working with a pharmaceutical company as 'Data Entry Operator' in 1994, as my father was retired in 1987.

I am a topper in my PG computers at university & gradually shown my caliber in my job & escalated to senior positions.

My wife is also a topper of university in PG computers & working as a teacher in a Islamic society school. She had good offers of jobs but her motto is to teach poor students from this community & enhance their ethical values, which help in enhancing their family lives later.

My daughter is studying in 12th standard & is preparing for her IIT exams.
Important career decisions
In 2007, I got a good opportunity from a MNC to work in Mumbai & I refused after a long discussion with my current management. They ensured me to provide environment where I can able to work & implement best practices in the organization.

Today I am working in the same organization as AGM & providing my good suggestions in almost each processes, which gives me immense pleasure & job satisfaction.
Handling Grievances
At each level, each staff feels that he has been humiliated by the action/decision of his seniors, at some points.

Until we don't have insight of man psychology, we can't able to deal it correctly.

Each complaint of grievance needs to listen carefully & needs to solve in the manner, so both employee & employer feels happy. As both are the important axis of the organization.
Managing personal and professional life
Mistakes are integral part & it can happen at any front, either personal or professional. Best thing to do apologies & move forward avoiding bitterness.
My advice
Ethics is most desired skill which staff under us & management is looking from us. Rest will automatically work.

And redesigned & implemented a concrete HR policy for staff, workers & contractual workers.
