The Journey So Far

I began as an Asst Professor(English), journeyed through Readership & went on to become Principal & Director of Management Institutes. I established 'MindRadius Edulitions'- an NLP mediated Communication Solution Provider, in Advertising, Education & Training Domain.

Most Important Lessons

1. Be streamlined & updated about technological, Professional, academic & Business changes & occurences across Globe; not leaving your Competitors alone.
2. Compete Yourself.
3. Be a Good Listener. Don't propagate Yourself; let others speak about you.
4. Break Big Goals into achievable smaller goals

I have become Owner from Servant; though responsibilities remain the same. Being COO of MindRadius I have wider learning width & get to have freedom to implement thought provoking, innovative & ROI-focussed 'Ideas' without any failure fear.
