We do have technical talent in our country far better than any where else in the world. We are lacking in honest leadership skills. Corruption and bribes have really set us aside. We need honest leaders to drive our country talents worldwide. Frankly speaking do we have such honest leaders?

Overall Objective: Spearhead the strategic and tactical initiatives of the division, increasing the distribution network, ensuring that the sales, growth and profitability goals are achieved through the allocated Team members.
Appointing distributors in ME and African region.Manage duties related to strategic business planning, implementation, supervision and taking necessary corrective steps in against competitive markets.Responsible for prospecting and closing new business as well as maintaining and renewing existing business by fostering client relationships and maintaining good contacts.Deal with clientele to negotiate business dealing, tie ups, strengthen client support, service and business operations, while developing contacts in the market.Learn the industry and how individual products of company can offer solutions to customers.Research and analyses
